On web/browser only, Login to your EVertel account to follow these steps:

1. Go to the Manage Agency menu by clicking the settings icon.
2. Click “Manage Users”
3. Click “Evertel Member”
4. Scroll to your agency in the user’s information.
5. Select a toggle for the new role.
