How to Enroll in Text (SMS) Multi-Factor Authentication:

1. Login on a Desktop browser (Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox).
2. Go to your profile dropdown menu in the top right of the site.
3. Select “Security”.
4. Under ‘Text Message (SMS)’, click “Enroll Mobile Number”.
5. Enter your phone number and add your current account password.
6. Click “Enroll” to proceed.
7. Confirm SMS MFA Enrollment by entering the code you received via text.
8. Click “Verify Security Code” to finish.

You have now enrolled to receive a security code via text message!

NOTE: If you need to change the phone number, go back to the settings and tap “Unenroll”. 

1. Log in to the mobile app on your phone.
2. Go to the Settings menu in the navigation panel.
3. Select “Multi-Factor Authentication”.
4. Under ‘Text Message (SMS)’, tap “Enroll Mobile Number”.
5. Enter your phone number and add your current account password.
6. Tap “Enroll” to proceed.
7. Confirm SMS MFA Enrollment by entering the code you received via text.
8. Tap “Confirm” to finish.

You have now enrolled to receive a security code via text message!

NOTE: If you need to change the phone number, go back to the settings and tap “Unenroll”.
